Return Policy: We offer 7 days return policy of every product but it should not be in use, the returned shipment charges will be imposed to the customer, if you need to return after 7 days company is liable to deduct 30% charges on your purchasing amount.

Campaigns Day: We offer special campaigns on some specific dates where we offer special discounts up to 50% OFF, where customers are only able to get discounts on available products on the website. Make sure The Nut House does not provide any special discount on AAA Quality of products or special customized products.

Cash on Delivery and Advance Payment: Make the payment at delivery time, and Advance Payment through Easy Paisa and Bank Transfer.

3.    Refund Policy

Exchange/Replacement Policy The Nut House warrants its products to be free of defects in material for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted. Please note that all exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following: Order Number must be provided for exchange/replacement. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Exchange and Replacement will be accepted within 7 Days. If any product that is to be exchanged is not currently in our stock, it can be credited. We reserve the right to reject the exchange or return requests. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED: If the product is not complete or if even a single item is missing. If the product is customized according to size and style. If the product got damaged even a bit. The discounted sale merchandise cannot be returned.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE: For exchanging or returning any of your purchased items, please email [email protected]. Please note that the courier cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer. In case the item is damaged or not according to the customer's wish, The Nut House will cover the return shipment charges by picking the goods up from your given address through courier, and if you have to pay the return fee, then you will get the refund, or the amount will be adjusted in the next order. We provide same-day delivery in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. However, 2 days can be taken for shipment.
